Job Descriptiona) Assist in the planning and implementation of events and projects related to Japanese Language education (seminar, speech contest, school visit, etc.) b) Assist in office administration tasks (travel arrangement, attending to telephone /email inquiries, letter-writing in English, etc.) c) Assist in the operation of the library of the Japan Foundation, Kuala Lumpur d) Miscellaneous duties |

2. Working Day and TimeMonday to Friday, 8.30 a.m.–4.30 p.m. (Lunchtime: 12.30 p.m.–2.00 p.m.) Weekend work may be required occasionally and will be compensated by either replacement leave or overtime pay Overtime work may be required during busy periods and will be compensated by overtime pay |

3. Treatmenta) Salary: Around RM1,800/month b) Leave: Annual Leave of 14 days and Medical Leave of 14 days per year c) Entitlements include personal/accident insurance, transportation allowance, EPF and SOCSO |

| Requirements |
1. Possess a Diploma or Degree in any field2. Possess English proficiency necessary for business communication, writing letters and composing speeches 3. Solid grasp of MS Word and MS Excel 4. Have an interest in Japanese culture and language |
| 5. Japanese language proficiency of JLPT N4 (or Level 3 according to the old scale) and above would be an advantage6. Candidates with related work experience will be given preference | |
