The Japan Foundation in-cooperation with Istana Budaya will present a contemporary Multimedia dance performance entitled Memorandum by a performance group called DumbType from Kyoto, Japan.

Memorandum was first presented at the le Manage, Scene Nationale, Maubeuge (France). The final version of memorandum was premiered at the New National Theatre of Tokyo in November 2000 and has been touring the world-wide since then in many countries including USA, France, Singapore and finally Malaysia.

The artists come from various fields such as dance, music, visual art and architecture. Their performance will represent a new scope of contemporary art, which is difficult to categorize, and they draw today’s most advanced techniques. This is a rare opportunity to see them in action right here in Kuala Lumpur.
