JFKL GENERAL COURSE has the following features:
In this course, you will:
1) Learn basic, daily Japanese conversation.
2) Spend more time to practice speaking Japanese with your fellow classmates. We also offer free JF online learning materials in order to provide you with more opportunities to practice.
*Starter: Zero-basic beginner level
*Elementary 2: Entrance to Part 1 is intended for those who have proficiency approximately equivalent to JLPT N5

1) Be able to think and organize your Japanese language skills, so they can be used properly based on the situation at hand.
2) Improve your speaking, listening, writing, and reading skills while collaborating with fellow classmates.
3) Give and get feedback/advice among classmates during speaking and writing activities

“MARUGOTO: Japanese Language and Culture” is a coursebook that is based on the JF Standard for Japanese Language Education.
It has the following features:
1) A lot of colorful illustrations and images for more fun and interesting approach to studying.

■System used
Online live lessons are conducted via Zoom (https://zoom.us/). The program will need to be installed for the first time only. We use passcode and waiting room functions as security measures while using Zoom.
*The necessary bandwidth for using Zoom.

■What you need
To take the live lessons and oral test, please have the following four items ready.
1. Computer with an internet connection

*Be sure to participate with a computer.
*Do not participate with smartphones as information will be shared during the live lesson.

Q2. I have zero / little basic in Japanese, what class should I apply for?
You may apply for our Starter class. If you would like to know more, please refer to the course structure and our textbook.
Q3. I have some knowledge of Japanese and wish to continue study in your center, which class will be appropriate for me?
JFKL places focus on communicative approach in language teaching, rather than grammar-centered teaching style. As syllabus and levels vary across schools, you are advised to have a look at our course structure and textbook of each class before applying.
You are also required to sit for the placement test. You shall be assigned to a level based on your placement test result.
Q4. How do I pay the course fee?
We are using ipay88 email payment services. The invoice for the course fee payment will be sent to you via e-mail after the announcement of the placement test result. Once you receive the invoice, you will have to make the payment via online banking. Please note that after the due date, the payment link will be expired and your enrollment will be canceled automatically.
